Shipping & Delivery
A signature maybe required at time of delivery so please provide an address where someone can sign for your order. We may send your order in more than one parcel, but you will only pay a one delivery price. Some larger items are shipped direct from the manufacturer to ensure that our customers receive the latest product revisions. This does not impede on the estimated delivery times.
Which Courier?
We choose the courier based on order value and destination. Smaller parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail while larger parcels will be handled by ParcelForce, UPS or DPD. On the day of delivery please ensure someone is able to accept your parcel, all orders are trackable using the link in the notification email to assist with this.
UK Shipping
Economy Tracked (£4.70), FREE for orders of £150 and over
Despatched with Royal Mail on a fully tracked service and normally arrives within 3-5 working days including our processing time. Larger items will be dispatched by courier and we will email to confirm your order is on the way and also who we've shipped it with.
Standard Tracked (£5.95)
Dispatched by Royal Mail on a fully tracked service and normally arrives within 2-3 working days including our processing time. Larger items may be dispatched with DPD or UPS and we will email confirming who we've shipped it with along with tracking. Please check this, especially at weekends as you may receive your order on a Saturday or Sunday.
Express Tracked (£8.95)
This option is available on items which are in stock and placed before midday Monday to Friday. Orders are processed for shipment by the warehouse the same day. Orders placed on a Friday would not normally be delivered until the Monday (next working day). Some couriers may deliver express parcels on a Saturday or Sunday so please ensure you follow the tracking link sent to you.
International Delivery - Europe, Channel Islands & Rest of the World
Prices for Europe & Channel Islands from £4.70 & Rest of the World from £9.60.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail, International Tracked parcels over 2kg we use a tracked service such as ParcelForce (GLS in Europe), DPD or UPS depending on the value, weight and shipping option selected.
Customers purchasing for delivery to the following countries will have duties and taxes collected at checkout and shipment handled by our logistics partner: (Europe) Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Malta, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, Ireland, Hungary, Greece, Germany, France, Finland, Estonia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Bulgaria, Belgium ,Austria. (Rest of World) New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada & USA.
All other destinations require duties and taxes paid before delivery of your goods to the courier. Orders returned through non-payment of duties will be refunded excluding any outbound shipping costs.
Delivery to EU countries can take up to 15 working days. Delivery to any other countries may take up to 21 working days. Items which are too large for post boxes are held in the local postal or courier offices awaiting collection. Please follow the provided tracking supplied in the email from us at time of despatch.
We advise all international customers to check with their local post office and follow the provided tracking if they feel that they should have received their item and then to contact Weather Spares for further assistance.
Lost, Damaged or Returned Parcels
All parcels shipped by us are insured to a value covering loss or damage. We do not consider a parcel lost or damaged until either the courier has agree they are unable to locate it, a specific amount of time has passed under the couriers terms and conditions or the parcel has arrived with you and the products have been damaged beyond use. International parcels that are awaiting processing by customs and have not been scanned in the recipients country are not considered lost.
If there are a substantial number of lost, stolen or damaged parcels not reaching the customer we will may suspend shipments to that country.
Where a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or because the customer has failed to make suitable arrangements for collection of the parcel from a parcel office or failed to pay import duties, we will only provide a refund for the goods and not the outgoing shipping costs.
