Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders

When you pre-order item, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet available to ship to you. We will collect payment at checkout and details will be recorded as with any other transaction. Full card details and the verification code are never stored by us or any third party.

When pre-ordering an item and choosing an Express Delivery option at checkout we will process the item using that service as soon as it becomes available to us.

You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been shipped, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a return and refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
