Adding the 2.5cm / 1" diameter metal pole offers an ideal solution for mounting your outdoor sensor.

The pole is a total of 47cm in length and includes a base which can be mounted on a vertical or flat surface. Or without the base it can be used in soil to hold a rain gauge of soil sensor.

Just the job!

I bought two of these (plus the GW3000 gateway) to monitor the temperature of two pots I have in the greenhouse, easy to setup and they’ve been transmitting data faultlessly, a great addition to my existing kit, superb service from Weather spares, great price and prompt delivery, item and seller recommended.

Integrates well with my Smart Home

Another excellent device from Ecowitt. Very easy to integrate into my Home Assistant-driven smart home and it so far has operated faultlessly. I use it for monitoring soil temperature in my tortoise's home a.k.a. my greenhouse.
